What little things can you do for free that are of low value to your but high value to your clients?
Helpful gestures are great marketing, because they show your clients you care about them.
And when you take care of clients, they want to take care of you.
Here are three small favours I recently did for some of Hunter & Scribe’s clients:
- One client didn’t know how to upload new contacts to Mailchimp – so I did it for him
- One client didn’t know how to edit content in WordPress – so I explained it over the phone
- One client had an ineffective LinkedIn headline – so I wrote her a new one
These little gestures cost Hunter & Scribe very little but were very well-received by the clients.
