Your customers are in pain.
I know they’re in pain, because if they didn’t have some sort of problem that needed to be solved, they wouldn’t be visiting your small business.
So when you do marketing, you need to send the message that you understand their pain, that you care about their pain and that you can relieve them of their pain.
If your customers believe you, they will want to spend money with your small business.
But if they don’t believe you, they’ll go to one of your rivals instead.
So instead of talking about how wonderful you are in your marketing, talk about improving your customers’ lives.
