You don’t need to choose between publishing content 365 days per year or publishing 0 days per year.
Ideally, you should publish every day. But once per week is better than nothing; once per month is better than nothing.
Just get started. Because the more you do, the more you’ll learn and the more momentum you’ll develop, and the easier it will become.
