When you write property listings, the best way to make your buyers understand something is to explain it in clear, precise terms.
If you want your buyers to understand how great the view is from the property you’re selling, don’t just say: “The view is amazing”. Instead, say: “You get 180-degree views of the Smithville River.”
If you want your buyers to understand how convenient your property is, don’t just say: “It’s close to shops, parks and public transport.” Instead, say: “It’s 300m from the station, 400m from Coles and there are three parks within 800m.”
Don’t make buyers guess what you’re thinking. Instead, tell them in clear, precise terms. That way, they’ll be sure to understand.
