Buyers will get excited by your property listings if they’re interesting, relevant and helpful … and ignore them if they’re boring or irrelevant or unhelpful. 

Unfortunately, far too many agents write that second type of listing. 

When you write listings, you need to include information your buyers care about; information that stirs their emotions and makes them picture living in the home. 

The better you get at doing that, the more buyers you’ll attract to your open homes.
