For example, if you decide to focus exclusively on, say first home buyers with a particular property, you can write a listing that talks about how exciting it is to buy your first home and how it’s a sign you’re making progress in your life and how this neighbourhood is perfect for first home buyers because there are so many young people in the area.
The more buyers you exclude from your listings, the more effective they will be.
