You have big plans for your small business. And you want your staff to help you fulfil those plans. 

So you need to do these three things:

  • Tell your staff what those plans are
  • Explain how their efforts will help your business achieve those plans
  • Provide regular updates to your staff about how those plans are faring

In other words, you need to do internal marketing to your staff. 

The more you communicate and the better you communicate, the more loyal and productive your staff will be.
