When you run a business, everything is your problem.

When you’re an employee, and your company encounters problems, whether they involve marketing or some other field, they’re generally someone else’s responsibility. But when you’re an entrepreneur, and you encounter problems, you have two choices: let them defeat you or find a solution.

Choosing the second option leads to tremendous personal growth, because the only way to think your way around all these new obstacles is to keep learning new skills.
