When you list a property, you’re not selling it in isolation. You’re competing with all the other comparable homes on the market.
That’s why, when you write your property listing, you need to find a way to differentiate your home from rival properties.
This might sound obvious, but you can’t stand out by looking the same as everyone else.
If your listings feature typical headlines and use typical phrases and make typical arguments, why would a buyer choose your property over all the others?
So you need to look for ways to be different. I know it feels risky, but it’s actually the safe option. Looking like everyone else, and blending in, is the risky option.
