But how do you get your customers to take action? And, more importantly, how do you get them to take the right action?

One surprisingly simple way is to tell them, through a call-to-action.

If you tell your customers what you want them to do next, and tell them how to do it, there’s a good chance they will.

But if you don’t include a call-to-action … well, don’t be surprised if they don’t take any.

Don’t worry: a call-to-action isn’t bossy. Customers are looking for guidance from trusted experts like you.
