So how, then, do you turn your small business into a trusted authority figure?
The answer is content marketing.
That’s why I always tell business owners that they need to publish content every single day.
But not just any content. You can’t publish corporate propaganda that talks about your “game-changing products” or “world-class customer service”.
Instead, you need to publish videos, blogs and posts that contain information your target market regards as interesting, helpful and relevant.
The more education you provide, the more of a trusted authority figure you become.
