Whenever buyers click on one of your property listings, they’re asking themselves: “Why should I buy this property?” 

As the selling agent, it’s your job to persuade them. I know that sounds obvious, but many agents don’t provide buyers with a reason why buyers should buy their home. 

Some agents will say: “This is an amazing home, it’s going to sell fast” – but that’s not a reason to buy it. 

They might provide a list of features – but those aren’t reasons either. 

If you want to persuade buyers to attend your open home, you need to give them one to three reasons why your home will help them live a better life.
