Have an opinion. Take a stand. Speak the truth about an issue your customers care about.

Most small businesses are scared to voice an opinion. So they either keep silent or say what everyone else is saying.

The moment you speak up, you’ll differentiate yourself from all the other same-same businesses and establish yourself as a leader.

But there are a couple of caveats. First, you actually need to believe your opinion. Second, you need to make sure it’s not offensive.
