  • An upsizer might be scared of missing out on a home that highlights their status
  • A first home buyer might be scared of bidding on many properties but never sealing the deal
  • A family might be scared of not getting into the right school zone
  • An investor might be scared of not building wealth for retirement 

Fear can motivate buyers to take action. 

That’s why fear can be a great tactic to use in your listings – provided you only mention real fears and you don’t blow them out of proportion.
