People don’t like to be sold to … but they do like to buy. 

So when you write your property listings, it’s important you don’t take a “Sell, sell, sell!” approach. 

Don’t write listings that basically say: “This home is amazing! Buy it now!” Because when buyers read those kinds of listings, they feel the agent cares only about making a sale. 

Instead, your listings need to explain how your home will help buyers live better lives. If you do that, buyers will feel the listing is all about them. 

That will make them feel in control and will give them the confidence to buy from you.
