Marketing guru Seth Godin has a great quote: “Marketing is a contest for people’s attention.”
When you create a property listing, you’re competing with all the other agents for the attention of a limited number of buyers.
That’s why you need to take your listings much more seriously.
It’s not enough just to provide a list of bullet-points or to copy/paste an old listing and change a few words.
Remember, you’re competing for attention.
That’s why your listings need to have headlines that draw in buyers and copy that stirs their emotions.
Most agents don’t know how to write good listings, so if you learn how to write persuasively, you’ll immediately differentiate yourself from most of your rivals.
