What does your small business sell? Whatever it is, you need to be able to explain it in clear, precise English.

You need to do it on your website. And you need to do it when you meet potential customers and referral partners.

This has actually been a challenge for me with my content marketing agency, Hunter & Scribe. Our website explains what we do in clear, precise English. But during meetings with potential clients and referral partners, I’ve sometimes seen a look of confusion in people’s eyes. That means I haven’t been clear enough. 

If you want sales, you have to be clear about what you do. Clear messaging = good marketing.
