Does your website clearly explain what your small business sells?
You probably think it does – but there’s a good chance it doesn’t.
The key words here are ‘clearly explain’. That means it has to be clear to someone who knows nothing about your business. That’s not you and your staff, it’s your customers. If they can’t immediately recognise what your business does or sells, they’ll move on to another website.
Cut the corporate propaganda and complicated business jargon on your website, and replace it with simple, plain and direct English.
