Buyers are happy for you to present the glass as half-full rather than half-empty – but they’ll feel deceived if they arrive at an open home and find they’ve been misled. 

They won’t make an offer; they’ll just move on to another property. 

The good news is you don’t have to be misleading in your listings, because even ugly ducklings have beautiful features. 

A home on a busy road might be near amenities. A home with structural problems might have a bargain price.
