Here’s a bad headline I saw on a property listing: “Private inspections only”.
The headlines you write have only one job – to entice buyers to read the listing.
“Private inspections only” isn’t the least bit enticing, because it doesn’t give buyers any sense of why the home is special or how their lives would be improved if they moved into the home.
“Private inspections only” is a lazy headline; that’s the headline of an agent that can’t be bothered thinking of something more creative.
When you use lazy headlines, fewer buyers read your listings, which means fewer buyers attend your open homes, which means you make fewer sales and for lower prices.
