I want you to imagine a really busy open home.
The reason it’s so busy is because you’ve written such a persuasive listing that buyers are hungry to inspect your property.
At this really busy open home, buyers are finding it hard to park, there are lots of shoes out front and people are bumping into each other inside the property.
Buyers are looking suspiciously at each other, because they’re wondering who else is going to ask for a contract and make a bid.
When one buyer asks the agent a question, other buyers hover, because they don’t want that buyer to discover a piece of information they don’t know.
Do you see what I just did? I used a story to get your attention and stir your emotions.
If you want to write persuasive property listings, include at least one story in each of your listings. Because facts tell, stories sell.
