When you’re thinking about making a purchase and you’re visiting different websites as part of your research process, you can instantly tell the difference between a website that is regularly updated and one whose content hasn’t been changed since it was built. And you always feel more impressed by the first type of website than the second.
When a business consistently adds new content to its website, it seems knowledgeable and professional.
When a business doesn’t add new content, it seems like a small, unprofessional business.
