If you’re going to make a claim in one of your listings, you need to back it up. 

If you say a home is amazing – you need to explain why. If you say a home is going to sell fast – you need to explain why. If you say a home is great value – you need to explain why. 

If you back up your claims, buyers will take your listings seriously. But if you don’t, they won’t.
