What are your customers’ pain points?

Whatever they are, you should mention them in your marketing, for two reasons:

  1. If your customers know you understand their pain, they will feel you care about them
  2. If your customers know you can solve their problems, they will want to pay you to do so

But wait – shouldn’t you talk about how amazing you are in your marketing?

No. Don’t talk about you. Talk about them. 

Talk about the pain your customers are feeling, let them know you understand it and let them know you can make it disappear.
