Sometimes, I’ll write an email to a friend and my friend will tell me they haven’t understood what I’ve written.
And then they’ll apologise – either for not being smart enough to understand my email or for not working hard enough to understand it.
I always reply by telling the friend it’s not their fault; it’s my fault.
It’s not the reader’s job to make sense of the writing; it’s the writer’s job to make the text so clear that it’s easy for the reader to understand.
The same principle applies with property listings. When you write listings, it’s your job to make them easy to understand. If buyer’s struggle to understand your writing, that’s your responsibility.
