Want to write better property listings? Then use shorter sentences.

Long sentences are confusing, because they contain multiple ideas and they force the reader to absorb a lot of information in one hit.

When you use short sentences, you tend to present one idea at a time. That makes it easier for readers to absorb your information.

To use an analogy, it’s easier to eat a meal when you take lots of little bites than if you take a series of big bites.

Take the same approach with your listings. The easier buyers find it to read your listings, the more likely they’ll do so.
