One of the reasons real estate agents like these videos I do is because I speak in plain English. 

If I used complicated words or marketing jargon, people wouldn’t understand, they’d feel frustrated and they’d stop watching. So my message wouldn’t get through. 

You should take a similar approach when you write property listings. 

If you keep them simple, buyers will read them. But if you use complicated words or real estate jargon, buyers will stop reading your listings … and read other agents’ listings instead.
