“Marketing is no longer about the stuff that you make, but about the stories you tell.”
That quote from marketing guru Seth Godin is one you should bear in mind whenever you write a property listing.
To translate Godin’s words into a real estate context: “Property listings are no longer about the home you sell, but about the stories you tell about that home.”
In other words, when you write a listing, don’t fall into the trap of robotically listing features. Instead, tell stories about those features.
That’s how you make buyers emotionally engage with your property.
