Studies show that when you have a face-to-face conversation with someone, only 7% of communications comes from the words you use – 38% comes from your tone of voice and 55% comes from your body language and facial movements.
When you communicate with buyers through your property listings, there is no body language and facial movements. But there is tone. And tone is more important than words.
So when you write listings, you don’t just need to think about what you want to say – you also need to think about how you want to say it.
Because if your words say one thing and your tone says another, buyers will be confused.
