Want your property listings to attract attention and generate action? Then you should inject urgency. When something is urgent, it feels important.
But the urgency has to be real, otherwise you’re misleading buyers.
Real examples of urgency would be if:
- there was limited stock
- days on market were really low
- prices were rising fast
- you had a lot of qualified buyers lined up
In those scenarios, the more urgency you can include in your listing, the more buyer competition you’ll generate.
