If you want to write good property listings, you need to write with the reader in mind. 

Remember, you’re not writing for yourself or for the other agents in your office – you’re writing for the buyers. 

So you need to use language they will understand and arguments that will appeal to them. 

It doesn’t matter what you think about your writing; it only matters what your buyers think. So try to get out of your head and get into your buyers’ head. 

The more you think like a buyer, the better your writing will become.
