One of the best ways to market a product, whether it’s a property or a pair of shoes, is to attach social proof to your product. 

‘Social proof’ is when we assume a product must be the ‘correct’ product if everyone wants it or if influential people are using it. 

That’s why we all wear the same clothes and eat the same food and listen to the same music – if everyone else is doing it, it must be right. 

Here are three ways to use social proof in your property listings:

  • If days on market is falling, provide the data
  • If lots of people are moving into the area, provide the data
  • If famous people live in the suburb, say who they are
