When you write your listings, you need to make buyers feel like they’re already living in the home.
You need them to imagine all the things they might do, whether that’s reading a good book on the balcony or entertaining friends in the dining room.
You also need buyers to imagine how they might bring their personality to the home, such as by planting that garden they’ve always dreamed about or turning a spare bedroom into a study so they can work from home in comfort.
If you can get buyers to picture themselves in your home and to start making plans for that home, you’re one step closer to making a sale.
