Imagine there was a law that said your listings were allowed to mention only one reason why people should buy your home.
What reason would you choose?
Obviously, it would differ from property to property, but if you were allowed to mention only one reason, it would force you to think about the home’s most enticing quality.
Whatever that #1 reason is, you should emphasise it in your listing, because that is the thing that is most likely to get you a sale.
That doesn’t mean you can’t mention other reasons why someone should buy the home, but the focus should be on that #1 reason.
That means mentioning the #1 reason before all the other reasons and devoting more words to the #1 reason.
