This form of communications is known as internal marketing. 

Your staff will feel more committed to your business if they know where you’re going and if they’re excited by the destination. 

As the chief reminding officer, Lencioni says, you can never over-communicate to your team. 

That’s why you need to take internal marketing to staff as seriously as you take external marketing to customers.
