Here’s a curious thing about marketing.
Sometimes, a person will tell me they see my videos everywhere, they really like the videos and they’ve learned a lot from the videos.
Yet when I then ask them which videos they’ve liked or which ideas they’ve learned, they struggle to reply.
It might seem like my marketing is failing if people can’t remember the videos, but if they know who I am and they’re thinking good thoughts about me, that means my marketing is working.
Your goal should not be to get customers to memorise your marketing.
Your goal should be to get into your customers’ heads.
If you do that, it means you’re doing a good job with your marketing.
