Good customer service is good marketing; bad customer service is bad marketing. 

So pay close attention to the customer service you get when you make purchases every day. 

Make a note of all the little things that please you – and try to emulate them in your business. 

And make a note of all the little things that annoy you – and try to remove them from your business. 

My guess is you’ll discover you’re doing at least one thing that’s annoying your customers.
