Happy customers will want to give you great testimonials. But they’re often unsure what to say. So they’ll be grateful for any guidance you can provide.
That’s why if a customer agrees to give a testimonial, you should ask leading questions that are designed to produce the ‘right’ answers:
- “What problem did we solve for you?”
- “How were you better off after using us?”
- “Would you recommend us to your friends?”
